Sweet and Sour Glazed Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops with bone
The Spice Hunter Garlic Pepper Blend
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. oil plus more for brushing the grill
Place pork chops in a glass dish. Season liberally on both sides with Garlic Pepper Blend and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Preheat the grill and brush with oil. Grill the chops 2 minutes on each side, then brush with the glaze. Continue grilling and brushing occasionally with the glaze until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
