Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. sugar

3 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Smoky Chile Global Fusion Rub
- ½ tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white in a large bowl until frothy; mix in nuts. Combine sugar, rub and salt, then toss with nuts to coat. Pour onto two greased or lined baking sheets, spreading into a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool and serve or store in a sealed container.
