Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to combine. On a separate plate, mix together the sugar and Spice Hunter Lemon Peel. Coat the rim of the glasses with water, and then dip the sides into the sugar lemon peel mixture. Strain into an ice-filled glass, garnish with lemon wedge
