Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass with ice. On a separate plate, mix together the sugar and Spice Hunter Lemon Peel. Coat the rim of the glasses with water, and then dip the sides into the sugar lemon peel mixture. garnish with lemon wedge
