Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Herbes de Provence

Directions

1. Combine sugar and water together in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a soft rolling boil, stir frequently for about 1-2 mins. Remove from heat and add Herbes de Provence and let cool completely. Strain the mixture and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
