Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chives, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Yellow Mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Form mixture into desired number of patties. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness and serve.
