Shrimp and Garlic Pepper
- 6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Garlic Pepper
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp; peeled, cleaned, deveined
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
In a wide saucepan, melt butter. Add the garlic pepper and tomatoes and sauté. Add shrimp and sauté for 5 minutes until shrimp is delicately cooked. Stir in parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan and crusty bread.
