In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee liqueur, vodka, half & half, sea salt and vanilla extract. Add ice and shake to combine. Drip caramel sauce down the side of a drinking glass. Add ice until the glass is about three quarters full; then strain your cocktail into the glass. Serve immediately.
