Cheesy artichoke dip is the heart and soul of every holiday party and chilly tailgate. Typically reserved for special occasions, this indulgent appetizer is a welcome sight in any holiday spread – nothing brings a crowd together like a hearty dip of melted cheddar cheese and tender artichokes. Even better, this warm cheddar artichoke dip only requires five pantry staples to make and takes less than an hour to pull together. Canned artichoke hearts, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions make up the bulk of this dip. The Spice Hunter Granulated Garlic gives this baked artichoke dip its fragrant, savory taste. Simply combine all of the ingredients and pour into a small baking dish. Cook at 325°F for 30 minutes until the dip is bubbling. For a crispy top crust, broil the dip for 1-3 minutes, watching it closely to avoid burning. Serve the baked artichoke dip as soon as it comes out of the oven, warm and bubbling. Compile a platter of crunchy dipping vegetables and crackers, crostini, or homemade bread for a traditional hit. Take this dip to the next level by experimenting with artichoke dip as a filling for crêpes or a topping for baked potatoes. Mix the warm cheddar artichoke dip with pasta for a delicious updated macaroni and cheese.
