Tandoori Chicken Satay

- 16oz chicken breast, cut in to 1/2” cubes
4 Tbsp The Spice Hunter Tandoori Global Fusion Rub
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup plain yogurt (full fat)
4 Tbsp The Spice Hunter Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub
In a medium stainless steel bowl, toss chicken, oil, and The Spice Hunter Tandoori Global Fusion Rub together until evenly combined. Place 4-5 pieces of chicken on each skewer, marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Separately, and while chicken is marinating, in a small stainless steel bowl, mix yogurt and The Spice Hunter Coriander Lime Global Fusion Rub together well (Note: this can be made a day ahead to allow flavors to bloom). In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sear chicken until golden brown, flip, and cook until internal temperature reaches 165⁰F. Serve satays immediately with spiced yogurt.
