Spicy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 pie shell
Directions
- In a bowl, beat eggs and stir in pumpkin. Add sugars and pumpkin pie spice, mix to combine. Add brandy and evaporated milk, stir again until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F, and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
