Sage Stuffing with Cranberries and Pecans

Ingredients
- 12 oz. seasoned bread cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Rubbed Dalmatian Sage
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 sliced apple, for topping if desired
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion and celery to pan and sauté until translucent. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a buttered baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, top with sliced apple (if desired) and bake for another 5-10 minutes to crisp top of stuffing.
