Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water (110°F)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 (0.25oz.) packets active dry yeast
- 1 ½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Dalmatian Sage

2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Whole India Celery Seeds

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Poultry Seasoning Blend

½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Onion
- ¼ cup vegetable oil, plus more for greasing pans
- 6 cups bread flour, plus more for kneading
Directions
Mix warm water and sugar together in a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast over water and stir gently. Let bowl sit for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is creamy and foamy. Add salt, seasonings and oil, then mix in flour, 1 cup at a time. On a lightly floured counter or cutting board, knead dough until smooth. Coat a large bowl with oil, place kneaded dough in bowl and turn to coat dough with oil. Cover bowl with a lightly damp cloth and set in a warm place for 1 hour or until dough has doubled. Once dough has doubled, punch down, knead for a minute, then divide dough into 2 equal pieces. Oil 2 loaf pans. Form dough into a loaf shape and place in pans. Cover pans with towel and let rise for 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake bread for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and slice as desired.
