Ingredients

¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Indonesian Cinnamon Sticks

¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Ginger

¼ tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Allspice

3 tsp. The Spice Hunter Whole Penang Cloves (about 60)
- ½ cup sugar
- 3½ cups water
- 1½ cups orange juice
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. orange zest
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Dissolve sugar into 1½ cups water; stir into spice mixture with orange and lemon juices. Reheat and serve warm with orange zest as garnish.
