Orange Fennel Pork
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Whole Fennel Seeds, coarse ground
- Juice of 1 orange
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- Combine fennel seeds, orange juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix to make a paste.
Place pork in a roasting pan and rub paste all over the meat.
Cook at 400℉ until done or a meat thermometer reads 160℉ when inserted.
