Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs soy sauce

1 Tsp The Spice Hunter® Korean BBQ Global Fusion Rub
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs cold water
Directions
- In a saucepan, add all the ingredients for the glaze. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove it from the heat and immediately glaze the turkey.
