Ingredients
- ½ lb. small button mushrooms
- ¼ cup butter

2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Fines Herbes Global Blend
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
Clean mushrooms and cut off the bottom of stems.
Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
Add whole mushrooms and Fines Herbes and saute until they are softened and browned.
Add vinegar to pan. Stir and serve hot.
