Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- ½ lb. thinly sliced chicken breast strips
- Pre-made pizza dough for 1 pizza
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (or try a mixture of Asiago, Fontina, Provolone, and Mozzarella)

-
The Spice Hunter Garlic Herb Sensation Grinder to taste
- Olive oil
Directions
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Broil or grill until fully cooked. Set chicken aside for top of pizza. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza crust and grind 1 tsp. Garlic Herb Sensation onto both sides of the pizza crust. Place crust on pizza pan lightly greased with olive oil. Spread sauce over crust and sprinkle on ½ the Mozzarella cheese. Rip spinach and spread evenly across. Place the strips of cooked chicken on top. Cover with remaining cheese and grind Garlic Herb Sensation over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or, if grilling, see below. Chef's Note: Pizza can be baked on a pizza stone on a gas grill. This is an excellent method of baking during summer when you don't want to overheat the kitchen. Any bread or pizza dough can be substituted for pre-made pizza dough when you have the time to bake from scratch.
