4 cups cooked white rice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic
4 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Chinese Ginger
½ tsp. lime juice
¼ cup The Spice Hunter Everything Bagel Crunch, plus more for garnish
½ lb. of smoked salmon
2 avocados, cut into thin slices
1 cup bean sprouts or micro-greens
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 limes, cut into quarters
1. In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, ginger powder and lime juice. Pour over the rice and toss to coat.
2. Sprinkle in the Everything Bagel Crunch and stir to combine.
3. Divide the rice between 4 individual bowls and top with smoked salmon, avocado, bean sprouts and cucumber. Garnish with more Everything Bagel Crunch and lime wedges to squeeze over the top.
