Spice Hunter Lemon Extract is great! I wash my berries in a bowl of water with a few drops of lemon extract. Afterwards I feel confident that they are clean, both due to the alcohol, that’s rinsed off, but also due to the fact that the lemon oil is a natural cleanser and has a fresh taste!
