Ingredients
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives

3 Tbsp. Garden Veggie Crunch Toppers
- salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup Feta cheese
Directions
Combine vinegar & Garden Veggie Seasoning; add oil. Toss dressing with vegetables and chill for at least 1/2 an hour. Sprinkle with Feta before serving. Serves 4-6.
