Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds, toasted

½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Caraway Seeds, ground
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Dutch Poppy Seeds

OR 1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter 7 Seed Crunch
- 1½ cups edamame, shelled, frozen, blanched
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Tandoori Global Fusion Rub
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Topping:
Hummus:
Directions
For the topping, combine ingredients and set aside. For the hummus, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until desired smoothness is achieved. Sprinkle with topping. Serve with toasted naan slices, crackers, or raw vegetables.
