Ingredients
- ½ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. honey

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mango Habanero Global Fusion Rub
- Lime slice, optional
- Chopped cashews, optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except lime slice and chopped cashews, stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate until use.
Garnish with lime slice and chopped cashews, if desired. Serve with chicken skewers, grilled shrimp, or use as a sauce for a stir-fry.
