- 4 pounds baby back pork ribs

1/2 teaspoon The Spice Hunter Cumin

1 teaspoon The Spice Hunter Cayenne Powder

1 teaspoon The Spice Hunter Onion Powder

2 teaspoons The Spice Hunter Roasted Garlic Powder

2 teaspoons The Spice Hunter Garlic Salt

1 teaspoon The Spice Hunter cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon The Spice Hunter Cayenne Powder

1 tablespoon The Spice Hunter Spicy garlic
SAUCE:
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Peel off tough membrane that covers the underside side of the ribs. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin and Cayenne. Sprinkle seasoning over ribs and drizzle with oil. Rub the seasoning all over the ribs on both sides. Cover baking sheet with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- During the last 5 minutes of cook time, mix together sauce ingredients.
- Remove ribs from the oven, spread the top and bottom of the ribs with the barbecue sauce.
- Turn the oven temperature to broil on high, return ribs to the oven, uncovered, and broil for a about 8 minutes. Check your oven, times might vary.
- Rest for 10 minutes to let the juices settle before serving.
