- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar

- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Juice of one lemon
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients and serve. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, pot stickers, fried shrimp and more.
