Spicy Avocado Hummus with Blue Corn Chips

Ingredients
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 avocados, peeled and pits removed
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup white onion, finely chopped

½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Granulated Garlic

½ – 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Chili Powder Blend

Salt and The Spice Hunter Black Pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, blend the white beans, tahini, and lime juice until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the avocados and mash with a fork or potato masher. Stir in the jalapeno, 3 Tbsp. of the onion, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Garnish with the remaining chopped onion. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
