Slow Cooker Chorizo Chili

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bulk chorizo sausage
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 (14.5oz) can beef broth
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (15oz) cans kidney beans, drained

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Chili Powder Blend

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter California Granulated Garlic

3/4 tsp. The Spice Hunter Turkish Cumin
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions
Cook beef, sausage and onion in a large pan over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain fat if desired. Add meat mixture to slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine, cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
