Sauteed Shrimp with Lemon Grass

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Lemon Grass
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 lbs. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 fresh hot chiles, julienned
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
Directions
Heat the oil at medium-high in wok and stir-fry the garlic, onion and lemon grass for a few seconds until the aroma is released. Add salt and increase the heat to high. Add the shrimp and fish sauce, stir-fry five minutes. Pour onto a serving platter and sprinkle with the green onion, cilantro and chiles. Serve hot and enjoy!
