Roasted Garlic & Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree
8 oz room temperature butter

1 tsp The Spice Hunter Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 tbsp honey (more for drizzling)
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp white miso paste

1 tbsp The Spice Hunter Sweet Seed Seasoning (more for topping)
2 tbsp toasted walnuts
Ciabatta

Dash of The Spice Hunter Highland Harvested Saigon Cinnamon

Dash of salt
Flaky sea salt to taste
Directions
- Cut off the top of the garlic, drizzle some olive oil and cover in aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Let it cool.
Add the pumpkin puree to a pan with the pumpkin spice and honey. Cook on medium for five to six minutes. Season with a little bit of salt. Let it cool.
Combine the butter, pumpkin mixture, garlic, miso, sweet seed seasoning and walnuts.
Toast some ciabatta, spread the butter, drizzle honey on top, add sweet seed seasoning, dash of cinnamon and flaky sea salt.
