Directions
Cut ribs into 2 to 3 rib sections. Combine garlic pepper, ginger, coriander and paprika in a small bowl, then add soy sauce and pineapple juice, then rub into ribs. Wrap ribs in heavy duty foil and barbecue on low heat for 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil and continue grilling until browned as desired. While ribs are cooking, combine all glaze ingredients, except cornstarch and sesame seeds, in a medium saucepan. Cook on high until it begins to boil, then reduce to medium and continue to boil, stirring frequently for 10 minutes. Spoon 1/3 cup glaze into a small dish, mix with cornstarch until smooth, then add back to saucepan. Keep boiling and stirring until thickened, about 5 to 10 more minutes. Brush hot glaze over cooked ribs and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
