- 1 cup water
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
-
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Mediterranean Rosemary

½ tsp. The Spice Hunter Paprika
-
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Granulated California Garlic
- 1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix ¼ cup of mandarin orange juice, rosemary, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Put meat and water into baking dish that is also safe for stove-top use. Press mixture into meat. Bake 15-20 minutes, turn over, and bake another 15-20 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove meat from pan, leaving the pan drippings behind. Set baking pan with drippings onto stove-top. Stir remaining mandarin orange juice and cornstarch in small dish, whisk into pan drippings, and simmer a few minutes or until it has thickened. Add orange slices. Pour sauce over roast and serve.
