Heat oil in large sauté pan or electric skillet. Add garlic and onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the meat, paprika, and marjoram and cook until meat is browned for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and cabbage and sauté an additional 2 minutes. Pour in the broth, cover the pan and let simmer until potatoes are cooked, about 15 minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with sour cream or yogurt.
