Honeydew Melon Salad with Peppercorn Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- ¾ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup fresh basil, julienned
- ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white balsamic or white wine vinegar

3/4 tsp. The Spice Hunter Whole Savory Peppercorn Blend, ground
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. sugar
Directions
Combine melon, onion, feta, basil and nuts in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, then pour over melon mixture. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
