Garlic Seasoned Meatballs with Smoky Mesquite Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup milk

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Garlic Herb Bread Blend

¾ tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. salt (optional)

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Mesquite Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup ketchup
For Meatballs-
For Dipping Sauce-
Directions
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Heat oven to 350°F. Form meat mixture into 1 inch balls (about 1 Tbsp. each). Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. For dipping sauce, combine ketchup with Mesquite Seasoning in a small bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavor to develop.
