- 1 lb. beef, chicken or shrimp
- 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1 cup pearl onions
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
The Spice Hunter Fajita Seasoning Global Blend, to taste
- 1 lime, halved
- Alternate pieces of meat or whole shrimp on skewers with vegetables.
Sprinkle generously with seasoning and pat to help adhere.
Grill or broil, turning every 2-3 minutes, until meat is cooked to desired temperature.
Squeeze lime juice over top of cooked skewers before serving.
