Everything Bagel Crunch Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- ⅓ cup shredded carrot
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 green beans, ends removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups cooked brown rice, chilled

2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Everything Bagel Crunch, plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, more if desired
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions
- Heat butter in a wok or large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, carrot, onion and green beans. Stir and cook until vegetables are just tender.
Add rice, Everything Bagel Crunch, hoisin and soy sauces; mix well. Cook until rice is heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil. Sprinkle additional Everything Bagel Crunch over rice; serve immediately.
