Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 12 cups low sodium chicken broth

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Poultry Seasoning, plus more to taste
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- ¼cup water
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1½ cups wild rice, cooked as directed on package
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine broth and poultry seasoning together in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil, then stir in celery and onion. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until celery and onion are tender. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water then add to soup while stirring. Stir in chicken and wild rice. Continue cooking until the chicken is completely heated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
