Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Yellow Ground Mustard
- 2 lbs. carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Whisk oil, vinegar, honey and mustard together in a large bowl.
Add carrots, raisins and pineapple and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve.
