Ingredients
- ⅓ cup cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup honey

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter 100% Organic Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Ground Yellow Mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 (7 oz.) bag arugula
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup dried cranberries

Directions
Vinaigrette:
1. Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl, whisk to blend. Set aside.
Salad:
Place all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle ½ of the dressing on the salad and toss; serve salad with remainder of dressing on the side.
