    • ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
    • 1 fresh banana
    • ¾ cup almond milk
    • ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Turmeric
    • ⅛ tsp. Sauer's Ground Ginger
    • ⅛ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
    • Pinch Sauer's Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp. honey

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth.
