- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
- 1 fresh banana
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Turmeric
- ⅛ tsp. Sauer's Ground Ginger
- ⅛ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch Sauer's Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. honey
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth.
