Spicy Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Onion Salt
- 3 cups rotelle pasta
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1-2 Tbsp. Sauer's Hot Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Parsley Flakes
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella chesse, shredded
Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, adding onion salt to the water. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until done.
2. Drain pasta and chill while making rest of salad.
3. Whisk together in a large bowl the olive oil, vinegar, chili powder and parsley. Add the peppers and tomatoes and stir, coating well.
4. Add the pasta and mozzarella and toss until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
