Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 1 package Sauer's Pot Roast Slow Cooker Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1½-3 lbs. boneless chuck or rump roast, well trimmed
- 3½ cups cut-up fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, onions and potatoes)
Preparation
1. Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. Mix seasoning and water until well blended and pour over roast and vegetables.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
4. Remove roast and vegetables to serving platter.
5. Stir sauce before serving.
