Slow Cooker Curry Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 large (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Sauer's Curry Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours, adjusting time as needed depending on your slow cooker model.
