Sauer's Meat Tenderizer
Preparation
1. When preparing thicker cuts of meats, let stand 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Use just before cooking, moisten surface of meat with water.
3. Sprinkle tenderizer evenly over meat (1 teaspoon per 1 pound of meat). Do not add salt.
4. Pierce meat with fork at ½-inch intervals. Cook immediately.
