Sauer's Meat Grilling Marinade



1. Pierce less tender cuts of meat, such as chuck, round, flank, or skirt with a fork. Do not pierce more tender cuts, such as sirloin, top loin, tenderloin, or rib eye.

2. Combine all ingredients except meat in a glass bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add meat, turn to coat well. Marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade or use for basting during first half of cooking.

4. Grill, broil or roast until meat is cooked to desired doneness.
