Salmon Spread
Prep Time: 10 minutes plus 1 hour chilling
Ingredients
- 1 package (125 g.) cream cheese, softened
- 3½ oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped (skin and bones removed)
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Dill Weed
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce
- ¼ cup Sauer's Mayonnaise
Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Stir in smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
2. Stir in mayonnaise until blended.
3. Cover and chill 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
