Rosemary Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes
- Sauer's Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
- 2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut potatoes into bite-size cubes or wedges. Coat with oil and sprinkle generously with seasoning.
3. Place potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. If potatoes are done, remove from oven and serve. If not, continue cooking, checking every 5 minutes until potatoes are cooked to your liking.
