Roasted Chicken



1. Sprinkle seasoning over and inside chicken.

2. Place onion and carrots inside of chicken and put in a zip-top bag or wrap in plastic wrap.

3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.

4. Preheat oven to 250°F.

5. Remove chicken from bag or wrap, place in a baking pan and cook for about 4 hours until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
