Pumpkin-Maple Cheesecake Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- ¼ cup dairy sour cream
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Maple Flavor
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Nutmeg
- 10 single-serve graham cracker crusts
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and pumpkin, beating well.
3. Beat in eggs. Add maple flavor, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing well.
4. Arrange the graham crusts on an ungreased baking sheet; pour in the filling, dividing evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until filling is set.
5. Cool and refrigerate.
