Prime Rib



1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Coat roast lightly in vegetable oil, then rub with seasoning.

3. Place in a roasting pan or baking dish. Roast to desired doneness, 140°F for medium-rare, 155°F for medium, about 2-3 hours.

4. Remove roast from oven and let sit 15 minutes before cutting.
